The mission: Introduce the Multiline Discount program to Verizon Prepaid customers, helping them understand its benefits and make informed decisions through targeted educational messaging across their digital channels.
The challenge: The site experience must be tailored to account type and eligibility criteria, resulting in multiple use cases and permutations. Additional information should be presented in a way that does not compete with the rest of the content in a pod, preventing cognitive overload.
Designed and implemented a comprehensive shopping experience within the MyVerizon App, enhancing user engagement and streamlining the purchasing process.
Developed an interactive module to help customers understand Multiline discounts in real time, incorporating Auto Pay discount functionality to demonstrate how to maximize the benefits of various discount programs.
Various designs and messaging were thoughtfully crafted and refined throughout the Add-a-Line flow to create a seamless and intuitive user experience. These elements were developed to accommodate a diverse range of use cases, including different customer scenarios and eligibility criteria. Additionally, the flow was structured to support various discount types, ensuring clear communication and tailored guidance for each offer.
However, there was a need to shift perceptions about Computer Sciences. It's far more exciting than you might imagine!
