The mission: Enhance customer engagement through the Verizon Up loyalty program by delivering meaningful rewards and personalized experiences to strengthen brand loyalty and elevate overall brand perception.
The challenge: Customers currently have little reason to engage with Verizon outside of transactional needs like paying bills or resolving issues. Without compelling, ongoing value, the program struggles to create habitual engagement or long-term stickiness.
The result: The initiative’s September 2022 launch led to a 9.81% month-over-month rise in site traffic.
Designed and implemented a comprehensive shopping experience within the MyVerizon App, enhancing user engagement and streamlining the purchasing process.
Developed an interactive module to help customers understand Multiline discounts in real time, incorporating Auto Pay discount functionality to demonstrate how to maximize the benefits of various discount programs.
Various designs and messaging were thoughtfully crafted and refined throughout the Add-a-Line flow to create a seamless and intuitive user experience. These elements were developed to accommodate a diverse range of use cases, including different customer scenarios and eligibility criteria. Additionally, the flow was structured to support various discount types, ensuring clear communication and tailored guidance for each offer.
However, there was a need to shift perceptions about Computer Sciences. It's far more exciting than you might imagine!
